Do I need to tidy my house before you arrive?

Yes, we ask that you tidy your house before we arrive. This ensures that we can work efficiently and effectively, and that we can access all areas that need cleaning.

How much do you charge?

Do I need to be involved in the organising process?

We love working alongside clients, but it’s entirely up to you. Some prefer to be hands-on, while others are happy to hand it over and let us get to work.

What Areas Do You Cover?

We cover the Peak District area, including Buxton, and surrounding areas.

Can you help with laundry, ironing, or dishes?

Yes – just let us know what you need and we can include light housekeeping tasks like these.

Do you bring your own vacuum and mop?

Yes – we bring all necessary equipment, including vacuum cleaners and mops.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

Not at all – it’s completely up to you. Many of our clients provide us with a spare key or code for entry.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

No – we bring all the necessary equipment and products. If you prefer us to use your own supplies, just let us know.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel a booking?

We understand that plans change. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
